Established in 1971, Minutecnica Bolognese is specialised in manufacture of medium-size and large series of top quality, high-precision turned mechanical parts with automatic single or multi- spindle CNC and cam lathes using drawn bars with different profiles and diameters from 3 to 35 mm. The materials used include steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, copper, etc.

To satisfy the vast range of customer demands and complete the lathing processes, a shop has been set up for taking-up processes with transfer machines, grinding machines, finishing machines, small presses, marking machines, broaching machines and assembly and test benches, etc.

On the customer’s request, parts may be supplied after undergoing heat, surface, chemical and galvanization treatments as well as tightness tests , assembled with other parts and with any type of packaging, including the customer’s own specific pallet.

All this, combined with the staff’s professionalism, technical skills and experience, allows the production process to be constantly improved in terms of quality, flexibility and versatility and in terms of the technical support provided for the engineering stage, part modifications and the design of manufacturing processes that will render the product functional and advantageous from a cost standpoint.

Finally, a tool department has been added where specifically designed, dedicated equipment is built for the manufacture of special customer parts.
